Waters Edge
This spacious 3 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps 6 people. We have 2 double bedrooms with 1 en-suite & a spacious super king master with large en suite shower room, plus a seperate family bathroom.

Access Statement for Waters Edge Apartment
The Waters Edge apartment is on the ground floor of a late Victorian Lakeland stone house on the shore of Lake Windermere. We have tried to provide as much information in this statement but if you do have any concerns please email or call prior to booking.
Arrival & Car Parking
Parking spaces are provided within a few yards of the entrance door to the apartments. There are 3 steps, with hand rails on each side leading to the front door. There is another small step to gain access to the property. The key hole height is 85cm. The key safe boxes are located next to the front door and are another 20cm higher.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is a spacious room with a Super King bed.
The 2 additional rooms have restricted room around the beds.
Bathroom / Shower Room
The Family bathroom has a level access from the hallway. There is restricted room immediately adjacent to the WC. There is a shower over the bath. There are no hand rails.
The Master bedroom ensuite has a single step up from the bedroom floor of 6 inches. There is restricted area immediately adjacent to the WC. There is a walk in shower with wide access to it.
The second double bedroom has a step up to the shower room of 5 inches. There is a walk in shower with a small threshold.
Lounge / Dining area
The hallway corridor area narrows to 26 inches and there is a step down of 6 inches leading from the corridor to the main living area.
There is a large balcony accessed through sliding patio doors with a small threshold.
Heating controls in the hall area are at a height of 22 inches.
