Access Statement for Lakeside Apartment
The Lakeside studio is on the ground floor of a late Victorian Lakeland stone house on the shores of lake Windermere. We have tried to provide as much information in this statement but if you do have any concerns please email or call prior to booking.
Arrival & Car Parking
Parking spaces are provided within a few yards of the entrance door to the apartments. There are 3 steps, with hand rails on each side leading to the front door. There is another small step to gain access to the property. The key hole height is 85cm. The key safe boxes are located next to the front door and are another 20cm higher.
Bedrooms
The studio has a standard double bed in the lounge area. There is restricted access either side of the bed.
Shower Room
The ensuite has a single step up from the bedroom floor of 6 inches. There is restricted area in the shower room which has a WC, washbasin and walk in shower with a threshold at the shower tray.
Kitchen
The kitchenette is through an archway from the lounge. The flooring is laminate and the worktop, sink and hob height is 92cm. The oven is below the work surface with a drop down door. Height of the lowest shelf is 44cm. The microwave is on the worktop.
The heating controls are at a height of 134cm.
