We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your stay. For bookings made within 6 weeks of check in, the full amount will be payable.

Our earliest check in is 4pm on your day of arrival

You are required to vacate the property by 10am on your day of departure

We don’t accept dogs / pets in any of our apartments

There is space for 2 cars per property (1 for Lakeside Studio)

Travel cots and high chairs can be hired for your stay. These can be reserved when completing the booking online. Please note the cot includes a mattress only, all baby linen should be brought with you

There are no telephones in the apartments

We do not allow barbecues anywhere on the premises

Yes we provide bath sheets, hand towels & tea towels

We provide dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toilet roll & kitchen roll

All your food and drink as the apartments are self catering
Personal toiletries

Bowness is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. The walk is easy, flat and beautiful, skirting the edge of Lake Windermere all the way into Bowness where you will find grocery stores, cafe’s, bars shops and much more

Of course, a number of our guests order a full shop to last them the week from the likes of Tesco, Sainsbury’s or Asda. You will need to be in for the delivery, we won’t be able to accept it for you.
